It’s true that Portland has a lot of nicknames: The Rose City. Stumptown. Beervana. River City. Bridgetown. PDX. I think it shows the affection Portlanders have for our city. Portland is in one of the most beautiful spots in the country. We enjoy tons of your round outdoor activities. The Cascade Mountains with their year-round skiing and snowboarding are an hour to the east and the Pacific Ocean is an hour to the west. Willamette Valley Wine Country, which is known for its world class pinot noirs, is a short drive away. But there are plenty of reasons to stay in the city too. Powell's City of Books is an entire city block of literary fare. Forest Park and Mount Tabor are both perfect for a hike or a picnic and you can’t beat the shopping and dining in the Pearl District or the art scene on Alberta and Mississippi Avenues. Our mild climate--with warm dry summers and cool wet winter--has given rise to the farm to table movement in local restaurants. Salmon, pork, and beef all come from local purveyors and they pair with locally grown produce and international flavors to make Portland a foodie's dream city. Portland has one of the lowest crime rates of major American cities and the cost of living is low compared to other West Coast cities. Homes range from historic mansions in the West Hills and restored bungalows in inner Southeast to highrise condos in the Pearl and downtown and new construction and other up and coming neighborhoods. If you’d like to learn more about Portland let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.
Kristen exceeded our expectations. She was honest, professional, and proactive which was needed in this changing market. Her communication was excellent and she handled every challenge that came our way during the transaction professionally. I have worked with many realtors over the last 30 years and Kristen is the best that I've worked with.

Kristen helped us with selling our rental home and our primary home. Our rental home had a sale fail and Kristen took over quickly and got the house quickly back on the market. We had multiple offers and as a result of her negotiating the final price was considerably over the listing price!
With our primary home, Kristen was incredibly detail oriented in setting up for the sale. Again we had multiple offers and the final price was significantly higher than the listing price. The whole process went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Kristen to anyone, buying or selling a home. She knows the area, she works hard, and she is a great negotiator.

Kristen is incredibly detail oriented and meticulous. She gave us very good advice on preparing our home for the market. We had four offers on the same day. She is a very skilled negotiator and we ended up with selling our home for more than the listing price.

Kristen helped buy and sell my first home. She is thoughtful, considerate, and makes the home buying/selling process easy. Kristen clearly puts her clients’ priorities first, and I would happily hire her again for any future real estate transactions.

As first time home buyers, Kristen did an amazing job at guiding us through the home buying process. Her forethought and insight was incredibly helpful and her investigative skills helped us steer clear of some properties that would not have been good for us. She helped us negotiate to get the price we wanted on the house we fell in love with. We are so grateful that we were able to work with Kristen!
